Daniel Rodda has consulted since 2006 on executive and director compensation issues including competitive assessments, alignment of pay and performance, incentive plan design, equity plan share requests, accounting impact of awards, regulatory disclosures, shareholder concerns, regulatory compliance, employment agreements, and severance arrangements.

Daniel’s industry experience includes banking, insurance, business services, health care, and real estate. His client relationships have involved working directly with both Compensation Committees and Management. He has been a frequent speaker on executive compensation trends.

Prior to joining Meridian, Daniel was a Principal in Mercer’s executive compensation practice. While at Mercer, Daniel served as a co-facilitator of their semi-annual Banking Compensation Roundtable.
