Jay Lynch | Consultant

Jay has more than 25 years of experience in business development and customer service in the professional services field. His career includes eight years of sales and consulting management at IHS Global Insight (economic forecasting) as well as 17 years with Hewitt Associates, as a Principal responsible for both regional and national functions in Business Development and Account Management. Jay was also a member of Hewitt’s Global Leadership Council.

His experience includes the design, finance, administration and communication of performance and reward programs including executive compensation, benefits and leadership development.

His current role is to closely monitor Board and Senior Management expectations for executive compensation and governance services, including marketplace trends and design practices. This allows us to develop industry leading, market-driven services that result in informed decisions on executive pay and loyal clients.
