Jessica has worked with both privately held and publicly traded organizations, and has helped to guide companies through the executive compensation issues connected with corporate transactions and bankruptcies. Jessica has been a speaker to the WorldatWork national conference and has contributed to articles about various topics including long-term incentives and Say on Pay. Prior to joining Meridian, Jessica was an executive compensation consultant with Hewitt Associates, and prior to that was an attorney at the Department of Labor working with the Employee Benefits Security Administration. |
