Karrie has experience advising on a broad range of executive compensation matters, including peer group development and validation, competitive benchmarking for executives and outside directors, research and analysis of compensation practices and trends, valuation models for long-term incentive vehicles and financial analysis of performance metrics.

Prior to joining Meridian, Karrie worked in a variety of industries including utilities and financial services. She has over 10 years of experience assisting internal and external clients in several areas including analyzing pricing performance, evaluating proposed investment opportunities and asset utilization alternatives, and contract negotiation.
