Lisa S. Croley | ConsultantLisa S. Croley is a senior consultant in Meridian’s Dallas office. Her work includes assessing the market competitiveness of executive and director pay packages, aligning business strategy with the design and implementation of incentive programs, and resolving related technical issues. She also assists clients with compensation issues in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, equity carve-outs and recapitalizations. Lisa’s clients include privately held and publicly traded companies in diverse industries including energy ＆ utilities, engineering ＆ construction, manufacturing and financial services. Lisa began her career as a tax consultant in public accounting. Her eighteen years of experience include five years in executive compensation consulting at Hewitt Associates and Towers Perrin, and several years as a compensation manager with an integrated natural gas company where she was also involved in human resources process improvement. Since 2001, Lisa has been an adjunct professor in the M.S. Taxation program at the University of Tulsa. |
