Mary Ann’s clients have included both publicly-traded and privately-held companies in diverse industries including business services, utilities, healthcare (providers and insurers), manufacturing, forest and paper products, consumer products, distribution, transportation and retailing. At most of her clients Mary Ann serves as lead consultant directly to the compensation committee and board of directors. Mary Ann began her career as a CPA with a tax specialty in South Texas, and worked with KPMG (Peat Marwick Mitchell ＆ Co.) during and after completing her graduate degree. She spent two years in the Corporate Finance Department at BellSouth Corporation, and spent 22 years with Hewitt Associates LLC in its executive compensation practice where she was a member of the Hewitt Leadership Group. |
