Michael Brittian has consulted since 1998 on executive and director compensation issues, including pay levels and program design, compensation strategy and philosophy, governance best practices, technical issues and program implementation.

Michael’s clients include companies in diverse industries including financial services, oil ＆ gas, retail, and transportation.

Michael began his career as a consultant with Hewitt Associates where he led the compensation analytics group for the southwest region.
