Nathan Williams | Consultant

Nathan Williams is a member of Meridian’s Technical Team and a liaison to institutional shareholder advisors. He assists clients with technical concerns, share pool requests, proxy voting issues, corporate governance scores, and other shareholder matters.

Prior to joining Meridian, Nathan spent 4 years at Glass, Lewis ＆ Co. While there, he evaluated equity compensation plans, Section 162(m) issues and share authorization proposals, reviewed hundreds of proxy CD＆As, and participated in policy development.
