Alysse Merila initially joined Meridian as summer associate in 2019 and began working as a consultant in 2020. She consults on a wide range of executive compensation and governance matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short and long-term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis.
Additionally, Alysse is engaged in work related to governance and design and change-in-control arrangements.
She has a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
