Cassie joined Meridian as a consultant in 2019. She currently consults on a broad range of executive compensation matters including compensation strategies and pay philosophies, executive and director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, and peer group analysis.
She has worked with publicly-traded, non-profit, privately-held, and pre-IPO companies across a wide range of industries including: technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, oil and gas, hospitality, chemicals, and financial services.
Prior to joining Meridian, Cassie worked in executive compensation at Pearl Meyer & Partners and Farient Advisors. She also worked in compensation at Goldman Sachs.
She graduated from the ILR School at Cornell University with a B.S. in Industrial Labor Relations.
