Era joined Meridian as a consultant in 2023. She consults on a wide range of compensation matters including executive and outside director benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis.

Prior to joining Meridian, Era graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Human Resource Management and two minors in Leadership of Organizations and Theatre.
