Henrik joined Meridian as a consultant in 2022. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short and long term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis.
Prior to joining Meridian, Henrik worked for a forensic economics firm. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, with majors in Economics and Finance, and a minor in Business Analytics.
