Ryan joined Meridian in 2017. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including peer group development and validation, competitive benchmarking for executives and outside directors, research and analysis of compensation practices and trends, short-term and long-term incentive designs, valuation models for long-term incentive vehicles and financial analysis for realizable pay.
Some of the industries that Ryan has worked with include energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, and retail.
Prior to joining Meridian, Ryan was a Consultant at Voyig and McMann and Ransford, and primarily focused on providing HR-related services to the oil and gas industry. Ryan has a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University.
