Sam joined Meridian as a summer associate in 2018 and began working as a consultant in 2019. He consults on a wide range of compensation matters including executive and outside director benchmarking, short and long-term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis. Additionally, he has engaged in research related to governance practices, compensation design, and change-in-control severance arrangements.
Sam services clients in numerous industries, including capital goods, utilities, software and services and electronic equipment.
He has a B.A. in Economics and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
