Tina joined Meridian as a consultant in the beginning of 2020. She currently consults on a broad range of executive compensation matters including peer group development and analysis, short- and long-term incentive plan design, pay-for-performance objectives and goal-setting, corporate governance practices, change-in-control and severance provisions, SPAC mergers, and IRC Section 280G calculations.
Tina has worked with a wide range of industries including financial services and technology, energy, retail, and capital goods. She is also a member of Meridian’s retail and banking teams.
Prior to joining Meridian, she worked at a large proprietary trading firm in Chicago for eleven years. There, she traded index options electronically and on the trading floor (CBOE), and also served as a product risk manager.
Tina received her M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Economics, and Econometrics & Statistics. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business, with a minor in Spanish, from Washington University in St. Louis.
