Raina joined Meridian as a Summer Associate in 2025 and began working as a full-time consultant in 2026. She consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including short-term and long-term incentive plan design, executive and outside director benchmarking, and peer group analysis.
Prior to joining Meridian, Raina graduated with distinction from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Management, Business Analytics, and International Business, with a minor in Personal Well-being from the School of Public Health. She also studied abroad in Milan, Italy.
