We are currently accepting applications for our Atlanta and San Francisco offices for Senior Executive Compensation Consultants. As a Senior Consultant, you will work in teams to challenge your intellect and increase your industry expertise. The Senior Consultant at Meridian will work with a team of partners, lead consultants and others to provide research and advice to boards and senior executives in a variety of industries on compensation and governance related matters. Responsibilities include managing various client deliverables covering all aspects of typical Compensation Committee-level engagements, such as: peer group development, benchmarking reports, incentive design analysis, burn rate and dilution levels, trends in executive pay and related corporate governance issues and goal setting analyses.
The role is also expected to further support client relationships by: researching various issues, developing solutions for client challenges across a wide range of topics, preparing drafts of client-ready deliverables, communicating with clients and attending client meetings.
If you have at least five (5) years’ experience within the Executive Compensation & Governance Consulting Industry, this may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. The successful candidate is proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, has an undergraduate degree and have the ability to travel as business requires. Exposure to CapIQ and/or an advanced degree would be a plus.
