Liz Snyder brings over 25 years of experience guiding executive teams, Compensation Committees, and HR leaders through complex compensation and organizational challenges. She partners with clients to align executive and Board pay programs with business strategy, design incentive and equity plans that drive performance, and create leadership and job structures that enable growth. Liz has deep expertise in governance, pay equity, and compliance, informed by her legal training and decades advising at the highest levels.
Her experience spans financial services, technology, health care, insurance, and other sectors, from private equity-backed innovators to Fortune 100 enterprises. She has guided organizations through mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and large-scale transformations, leveraging data and analytics to inform critical decisions. Liz frequently speaks and contributes to regional and national forums on compensation, regulatory, and leadership topics.
Prior to joining Meridian, Liz was a Principal at SullivanCotter, advising leading health systems and academic medical centers on compensation, workforce analytics, and leadership structure. Earlier, she spent more than two decades with Aon (McLagan, Radford, Hewitt Associates), leading global engagements in compliance, rewards, and performance. She earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law Center and her B.A. in Political Science and Statistics from the University of Michigan. She resides in San Diego and is based in Meridian’s San Francisco office.
