Henry joined Meridian as a Summer Associate in 2024 and began working as a full-time consultant in 2025. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation and governance matters, including short-term and long-term incentive plan design, executive and outside director benchmarking, and peer group analysis.
Prior to joining Meridian, Henry earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, majoring in Economics and minoring in Environmental Science.
