Luke joined Meridian as a Summer Associate in 2024 and began working as a full-time consultant in 2025. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including short-term and long-term incentive plan design, executive and outside director benchmarking, and peer group analysis.
Prior to joining Meridian, Luke earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign majoring in Economics and minoring in Business.
