Sawyer joined Meridian as a consultant in 2025. He advises clients on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and director benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, peer group development, and pay-for-performance analyses across a diverse set of industries.
Prior to joining Meridian, Sawyer worked for several years as an executive compensation consultant at a competing firm. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
