Scott advises boards of directors and senior management on all aspects of executive and director compensation, including short- and long-term incentive plan design, pay-for-performance alignment, compensation governance, and disclosure. His work spans program design, benchmarking, evaluation, and communication, helping boards and management align compensation outcomes with business strategy and shareholder interests across organizations of all sizes, including large, publicly traded companies.
Scott has more than 20 years of experience in executive compensation across both consulting and corporate roles. He most recently spent 19 years leading Total Rewards and HR Technology at a global, multi-billion-dollar, NYSE-listed retailer. In this role, he served as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CHRO, CFO, and Board of Directors, and was an active participant in Compensation and Human Capital Committee meetings. His experience includes oversight of executive incentive and equity programs, proxy CD&A support, global compensation structures, and pay equity initiatives.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a certificate in Operations Management, and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork.
