Wali joined Meridian as a Summer Associate in 2022 and is now with the firm as a full-time Consultant. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters including, executive and outside director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, and peer group analyses. Additionally, Wali is engaged in research related to corporate governance and compensation trends.
Prior to joining Meridian, Wali completed a summer internship at an e-learning startup and has previously completed consulting project work for a large non-profit organization.
Wali earned an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree, with Distinction, from the Ivey Business School (Western University).
