You will work with a team of senior consultants and partners to gather and analyze compensation and financial data, document and compare executive compensation program design across companies and assist with the creation of client deliverables.

In addition, you will further support client relationships by developing solutions to respond to client challenges, communicating directly with clients and attending client meetings with senior executives.
