Dodd Frank and SEC Guidelines on Clawbacks

Congress passed the Dodd-Frank Act in 2010, which includes new rules around no-fault restatements and clawback policies.
The SEC has yet to formalize rules around executing clawback policies, but that has not stopped some companies which hit a bump in the road being unaware that they can execute a clawback policy, even despite high demand from investors and shareholders.
