Jim Kzirian Joins Meridian Compensation Partners, LLC to Lead New Philadelphia Office

Meridian Compensation Partners, LLC, a leading executive compensation and corporate governance consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Jim Kzirian recently joined the organization to lead its’ new Philadelphia office.
“We are excited to continue expanding our presence across the country and are confident that Jim will be a strong leader for our Philadelphia office,” said Michael Powers, one of Meridian’s managing partners. “His extensive experience as an executive compensation consultant for public and private companies across a variety of industries will be instrumental in this role.”
Jim has been consulting in executive compensation for over 15 years, most recently at Willis Towers Watson in the Executive Compensation Practice. “Joining Meridian is an exciting opportunity for me at this point in my career,” said Jim. “I’m looking forward to having a new, independent platform for leading engagements directly with Compensation Committees and Senior Management to address my clients’ most critical compensation design issues.”
Jim’s areas of expertise include: aligning compensation programs with business and strategic objectives, assessing pay and financial performance relationships, designing incentive plan mechanics, reviewing competitive pay practices and policies, and analyzing the impact of emerging pay and regulatory trends. He received his B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
