LAKE FOREST, Ill., March 10, 2026 — Meridian Compensation Partners announced that Darren Moskovitz has been elected Co-Managing Partner, effective April 1, 2026, as part of a planned leadership succession within the firm’s established co-managing partner structure. Moskovitz succeeds Christina Medland, who will remain with the firm as a Partner in a continued client-facing leadership role.
Moskovitz serves as a Partner and Head of Meridian’s New York office and brings more than 25 years of executive compensation consulting and financial industry experience. His advisory work spans executive compensation design, regulatory response support, incentive compensation planning and governance consulting for a broad range of clients, including global banks and asset managers. Prior to joining Meridian, Moskovitz served as Global Head of Total Rewards for Citadel and Citadel Securities and previously led the Global Financial Services industry group at Willis Towers Watson.
“Darren’s depth of expertise and strong client relationships have been central to Meridian’s growth and success,” said Ryan Harvey, Co-Managing Partner. “This transition reflects thoughtful succession planning and the strength of our leadership bench. Darren brings a powerful combination of technical insight, client focus and strategic judgment to this role.”
As Co-Managing Partner, Moskovitz will work alongside Harvey and the firm’s leadership team to guide Meridian’s strategic priorities, client service model and continued investment in its people.
“I am honored to take on this role and grateful for the trust placed in me by the partnership,” said Moskovitz. “Meridian’s collaborative approach and commitment to consulting excellence and client service set us apart. I look forward to working with Ryan and our colleagues to continue strengthening our client relationships and supporting our clients as they navigate the increasingly complex compensation and governance landscape.”
“This transition has been planned and purposeful,” said Christina Medland, Partner. “I have great confidence in Ryan and Darren as they continue to lead the firm forward. I remain fully engaged with our clients and the firm’s long-term success.”
Meridian’s co-managing partner structure remains in place, reinforcing continuity in leadership while driving the firm’s continued growth across North America.
