Allison Sharp

Allison joined Meridian as a Summer Associate in 2022 and began working as a full-time consultant in 2023. She consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director benchmarking, short and long term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis. Allison has worked with publicly-traded companies across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Meridian, Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame, majoring in Political Science with a minor in European Studies.
