Brad joined Meridian as a consultant in 2022. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including peer group analysis, executive and outside director compensation benchmarking, pay for performance analyses, and short- and long-term incentive design.
Prior to joining Meridian, Brad was a Compensation Analyst at Textron, where he was a member of the corporate Executive Rewards team. He implemented and administered new short- and long-term incentive plans, provided analysis and presentation materials to the Board of Directors, and contributed to the annual proxy statement.
Brad graduated with his M.S. in Human Resources and Employment Relations from The Pennsylvania State University, graduating with high distinction.
