Hannah joined Meridian as a consultant in 2022. She consults on a wide range of compensation matters including executive and outside director compensation benchmarking, compensation strategies, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, peer group analysis and pay philosophies.
Prior to joining Meridian, Hannah worked in various corporate roles as an executive compensation analyst. She implemented and administered new short- and long-term incentive plans, provided analysis and presentation materials for the Board of Directors, and contributed to the development of the annual proxy statement.
Hannah received a B.B.A. in Quantitative Economics from the University of Tennessee.
