Jake joined Meridian as a consultant in 2021. He currently consults on a broad range of executive compensation matters including executive and director compensation benchmarking, equity dilution analyses, short- and long-term incentive plan design, ISS pay-for-performance modeling and peer group analyses. He has experience working with clients across a broad range of industries including technology, energy, retail, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Meridian, Jake worked in executive compensation at Farient Advisors.
He received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
