Jan-Margaret Llorey is a Senior Consultant with Meridian Compensation Partners, LLC and has been advising corporations for over a decade in areas of executive compensation both as a consultant and in corporate roles. She has experience working with compensation committees and management on a broad range of executive compensation issues including peer group development and validation, competitive benchmarking for executives and outside directors, research and analysis of compensation practices and trends, valuation models for long-term incentive vehicles and compensation disclosure.
Jan-Margaret has worked with publicly-traded, non-profit, privately-held and pre- IPO/SPAC companies across a wide range of industries, including banking/financial services, construction & engineering, energy, healthcare, life sciences, retail and technology.
Prior to joining Meridian, Jan-Margaret spent several years working at large global companies leading the executive compensation practices. Earlier in her career, Jan-Margaret worked at Towers Watson (now Willis Towers Watson) and Farient Advisors, specializing in compensation consulting for Senior Executives and the Board.
She has a B.A. from Oberlin College.
