Madison Oshefsky initially joined Meridian as an intern in the summer of 2017. Upon graduation, Madison returned to Meridian as a full-time consultant. Her expertise covers a wide range of executive compensation matters including executive and outside director benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan design, peer group analyses, ISS pay-for-performance modeling and equity dilution analyses. She has experience working with clients across a broad range of industries including retail, utilities, technology and she is a member of the firm’s financial services team.
Additionally, she is simultaneously engaged in research related to governance and design, severance plan design, compensation trends, and relative TSR.
She received a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
