Stefanie joined Meridian as a consultant in 2016. She currently consults on a broad range of executive compensation matters including executive and director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, peer group development, and analysis of compensation practices and trends.
Stefanie works with clients in the energy industry, construction and engineering, retail, banking, and healthcare.
Stefanie has experience helping companies evaluate and update their broad-based employee pay structures and programs after a recent merger or acquisition. Prior to specializing in executive compensation, Stefanie spent a number of years working in Human Resources.
Prior to joining Meridian, Stefanie spent three years with Pearl Meyer, where she specialized in executive compensation consulting.
She has a M.B.A from The Mason School of Business at The College of William & Mary and a B.S. in Psychology and Sociology from The College of William & Mary.
