Tyler joined Meridian as a consultant in 2022. He consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, and peer group analysis.
Prior to joining Meridian, Tyler graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Mathematics.
