Katherine Beall initially joined Meridian as an intern in the summer of 2017. Upon graduation, Katherine returned to Meridian as a full-time consultant. Her expertise covers a wide range of executive compensation matters including executive and outside director benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive plan design, and peer group analysis.
Additionally, Katherine is simultaneously engaged in research related to governance and design, severance plan design, compensation trends, and relative TSR.
