Patrick has nearly 15 years of executive compensation consulting experience. His expertise includes competitive benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, alignment of pay and performance, compensation disclosure and technical issues. He has built a strong portfolio of clients which ranges from pre-IPO startups to large public companies, with emphasis on technology and consumer product/service companies. Patrick is a frequent speaker and writer on executive compensation trends and developments and serves as a firm-wide resource on accounting and valuation matters.
