Managing Partner
Darren Moskovitz is a Managing Partner at Meridian Compensation Partners and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, as well as Head of the New York office. He brings over 20 years of executive compensation consulting and financial industry experience, advising Boards and management teams on compensation strategy, incentive plan design, and governance practices.
Darren’s work focuses on executive compensation advisory, including incentive plan design, regulatory response, and long-term compensation planning. He has extensive experience partnering with leading asset managers and global financial institutions, providing guidance across a range of business lines and corporate functions.
His clients include Ally Financial, Bank of America, Banc of California, FactSet, Janus Henderson, Northern Trust, Old National Bank, State Street, and Synchrony Financial.
Prior to joining Meridian Compensation Partners, Darren was Global Head of Total Rewards for Citadel and Citadel Securities, one of the world’s leading hedge funds. Before Citadel, he was a Managing Director and leader of the Global Financial Services industry group within Willis Towers Watson’s Talent and Rewards segment.
Darren is a frequent speaker at national conferences on executive compensation and governance topics.
He holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Dickinson College.
