Gabby joined Meridian as a consultant in 2023. She consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters encompassing executive and outside director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, and peer group analysis.

Prior to joining Meridian, Gabby worked with a variety of clients in the battery recycling industry at Li-Cycle. Gabby also completed internships at Tesla, Algonquin Power and RCI Bank.

She received a BBA (Specialized Program in Management and International Business) with distinction from the University of Toronto.
