Kartik has more than 15 years of experience in executive compensation and corporate governance advisory and supports technology and life sciences companies on matters related to executive and board of directors’ compensation benchmarking and strategy, broad-based compensation design, short-term and long-term incentive design, severance and change-in-control arrangements, disclosure/regulatory issues, and other human capital related issues.
Kartik has extensive experience supporting high-growth companies through their entire lifecycle, from start-up to Fortune 500, and has focused on helping companies make the private to public transition thru an IPO or SPAC transaction.
Prior to Meridian, Kartik spent over 10 years at Radford, the technology and life sciences division of Aon’s human capital business, where he led the west region and served as lead advisor for the private market vertical, partnering with venture capital and private equity firms to support compensation issues at their portfolio companies.
Kartik earned his bachelor’s in Economics-Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
