Mike joined Meridian as a consultant in 2015. He currently consults on a broad range of executive compensation matters including compensation strategies and pay philosophies, executive and director compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, peer group analyses, realized and realizable pay analyses, ISS pay-for-performance modeling and equity dilution analyses. Mike services a wide variety of industries including public utilities, technology, restaurants, industrial materials and many more.
He is part of Meridian’s valuation team, which performs accounting valuation models for various equity incentives. He has also co-authored articles for Corporate Board Member and represented Meridian at Equilar’s annual Executive Compensation Summit.
Mike received B.S. degrees in both Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
