Sarah Cintron joined Meridian as a consultant in 2017. She consults on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including executive and outside director compensation benchmarking, peer group development, short- and long-term incentive design.
Sarah has worked with a broad range of industries including financial services, energy, retail, and capital goods. She is also a member of Meridian’s banking team. Additionally, Sarah is involved in research relating to governance and design and relative TSR plans.
She received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
