Dean advises Boards and executive teams on critical issues related to executive pay and board governance. His work has included pay/performance alignment analysis, share request advisory, equity utilization analysis, governance trend studies, compensation benchmarking, and incentive program design. He has advised Boards and executive teams at a number of prominent public and private organizations, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to mission driven, not-for-profit organizations. Dean is a credited author of executive compensation related research published by The Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation.
Prior to Joining Meridian, Dean was an executive compensation consultant at Pearl Meyer & Partners where we most recently held the title of Vice President. Prior to joining Pearl Meyer, Dean served as a
private equity analyst for a Boston-based fund investing in family-owned / owner-operated companies across various industries. In 2017, Dean worked as an investment banking summer associate in New York City.
Dean has a MBA from the London Business School and a degree in Finance & Economics from Babson College.
